Fairmont Centenary City Abuja

We invited Accor Hotels Group to the Centenary City Abuja to partner and develop a Fairmont Hotel within this city. This would be one of the finest hotel building and brand in the Capital City. The project is still at the early stages and discussions are still on-going to get term sheets signed through to project kick-off.
Ambassador's Apartments WTC Abuja

For this particular project, we seek active investors to join us to acquire 30apartments within the World Trade Center Abuja and then set them up as short-let serviced all-apartments hotel called Ambasador's Apartments to capture the demand for grade A living spaces for envoys and visitors into Abuja. Just like the model of London Tower Bridge Apartments in London.
iAbuja observatory & innovation Center

iAbuja would be the 1st observation deck in Abuja if we launch by Q4,2019. Using the Empire State building's observatory as a case study, an observatory on the rooftop of Abuja's WTC would generate good ROI for the investors. The plan is to acquire these top floors from the developer and setup the observatory. “iAbuja” alias “The Abuja Eye.” #TheAbujaEye is to be a digital eye in Abuja's sky. A 6000sqm civic space/observation deck covered with approx. 6000sqm of a digital mediamesh, the highest in Abuja.
